The KOLLMORGEN CB06560 | PRD-B040SAIB-62 | Servostar CD Servo Driver is a highly versatile and reliable servo drive known for its application in controlling industrial motors across wide speed ranges. It offers an impressive operational efficiency of roughly 95% when used within appropriate parameters, making it suitable for various types of industrial machinery such as motor feedback, paper conversion, and metal forming machines.

One of the distinct features of this servo drive is its closed-loop control offered to synchronous industrial motors. This enables it to auto-regulate disruptions in standard operating conditions independently, thereby increasing productivity by reducing the system's susceptibility to external disturbances.

For its installation, two types of electrical cables are required: a power cable and a motor feedback cable. These cables need to be separated by at least 20 cm and proficient shielding should be used to prevent radio disturbance in the system.

Dimensionally, the unit is 249mm long, 163mm wide, and 83.3mm thick. Its protective casing is specifically designed for easy integration into existing systems and maximum durability.

The drive obtains its absolute position from the ATAN of the sin and cos of the Resolver. The resolver feed back requires a transformation ratio of 0.47 and a modulation frequency of 7-8 kHz. The input voltage (from the drive) is 4.25 VAC and the max DC resistance is 120 Ohms (stator). The max drive current is 55mA AC-RMS and the output voltage (to the drive) is 2 VAC.
