GE DS200TCPDG1BEC Power Distribution Board The Realization Of The PLC Module In The CPU Master Module Is Presented Emphatically.
The DS200TCPDG1BEC is a power distribution board manufactured by General Electric (GE) [1]. It features 8 toggle switches, 36 fuses, and 4 signal wire terminals, as well as 36 OK LEDs and 1 10-pin connector. The fuses are situated in a vertical position in the canisters and are easy to access and replace when needed. The board is populated with black plastic housings for 36 fuses. To replace a fuse on the board, twist the top of the canister to open it. The top remains attached to the canister for ease of use. Use your thumb and one finger to remove the fuse from the canister. It is best practice to discard the blown fuse so that it isn’t inserted into a canister again on the board accidentally. To install a new fuse, align the fuse with the opening and drop it into the canister. Either end of the fuse can be dropped into the canister. Place the top on the canister and twist it to close it [1].
Each fuse has an LED next to it that indicates that the fuse is OK. When lit, the green LED indicates the element in the fuse is intact and working to protect the board circuit. When off, the fuse is blown or the board is not receiving power. If all the LEDs are off, you might suspect that the board is not receiving power [1].
To determine if a fuse is blown and needs replacing, a visual inspection of the fuse is not possible because the fuse is inside the canister. However, the LEDs next to each fuse indicate whether the fuse is OK or not

The replace a relay, it is necessary to remove the GE Simplex Trip Board DS200TCTGG1AFF from the drive. Communicate with an engineer or installer who is familiar with the installation of the drive and is experienced with the power supplies connected to the drive. Disable the power supplies by disconnecting the fuse or by other means as required. Use a testing device to test the interior of the drive for electric current, before you continue. Disconnect the cables from the board and diagram the locations of the cables so that you can connect the cables to the right connectors when you reinstall the board.
